I have been painting and exhibiting since I left college in 1974.
In my final year as a student at the Central School of Art & Design I worked one evening a week as a voluntary assistant teacher of Life painting & drawing at the Workingman’s College in Camden and have been involved in adult education ever since.
From 1974-84 I worked on the evening class programme at St Martin’s School of Art in London. In 1985 my wife & I became co-directors of the Mendip Painting Centre in North Somerset, which we still run.
